August 25th, 2022

The list of all the most recent Realme smartphones that are officially offered in Nepal can be found here, along with information on their full specifications, salient features, stated prices, and availability. After the government decided to increase the excise duty on smartphones, the company recently revised its smartphone pricing.

Realme: Brand Overview

Realme originally debuted as an Oppo subsidiary to compete with Xiaomi’s Redmi in the South Asian market. It is currently one of the world’s smartphone brands with the fastest growth. The business is also active in the Nepali market.

Customers adore Realme phones because they offer high-end features at an affordable price. Realme phones primarily target young people with the slogan “Dare to Leap,” while its more recent products are marketed as excellent choices for various demographics. Similar to this, the company is a pioneer in the smartphone market, introducing cutting-edge features to its entry-level and mid-range phones.

Realme in Nepal

Since a few years ago, Realme has had a formal presence in Nepal. As the country’s distributor, Jagadamba Mobiles Pvt. Ltd. introduced it to the market in 2019. (ND). Pashupati Tradeline Pvt. Ltd was later chosen by Realme to serve as its new ND. Up until this point, the company has released a wide range of products, including smartphones, smartwatches, and other AIoT products.

Realme Nepal, on the other hand, frequently faced criticism from the domestic smartphone market for its exorbitant pricing practices. Comparing Nepal to its close neighbors like India and China, Realme phones were markedly more expensive in Nepal. Realme India responded by taking charge of the business’ operations in Nepal.

After that, let’s look at all the Realme phones that are currently available in Nepal, along with their specifications and listed prices.

This time, there is also a noticeable performance improvement. The Snapdragon 695, which is also a 5G-ready chip, has taken the place of the Snapdragon 720G on its predecessor. Other than that, the phone has a 64MP triple camera setup at the back as opposed to the Realme 8 Pro’s 108MP quad camera array.
