The new Motorola Edge 30 Fusion is one of three new smartphones in the Edge 30 series that Motorola recently unveiled. The Snapdragon 888+ SoC powers this high-end mid-range smartphone. Design, Display

The 6.55-inch Endless Edge pOLED display on the Edge 30 Fusion has a 144Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. The touch sampling rate of the device is 360Hz, and the display’s maximum brightness is 1100nits. Also worth mentioning is the 10-bit OLED panel’s support for HDR10+. The Edge 30 Fusion is a reasonably compact and lightweight device with a design that weighs 175 grams and measures 7.45mm. The front and back panels are shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and have a polished metal frame. The phone complies with IP52 standards for water and dust resistance.


The smartphone’s internal Snapdragon 888+ 5G chipset provides all of its power. Along with this, there is up to 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage and 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM. It has a My UX interface built on Android 12 as far as software is concerned. The device’s battery is a 4400mAh cell that receives power from a 68W charger.


Moving on, the Motorola Edge 30 Fusion has a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization as part of its camera hardware (OIS). A 13MP ultra-wide angle sensor with an integrated macro vision camera is present alongside this. The rear camera system is capable of 30 fps 4K video recording. It has a 32MP selfie lens.
